The THW-DB50 also known as Techno Hydraulic Works Double Box Bailing Machine. Designed for ease of operation and convenience. It specially suits to meet the demand of the waste recycling facilities, scrap centers, corrugated box manufacturing units & other centers that produce massive carton or paper waste.
Balers available with pressing force capacity of 55,000lbs-90000lbs which produce extremely compacted bales. The machine features double chamber structure which boost the production 2x as compared to single box balers. It enables the baler to carry out bailing and feeding of the material at the same time synchronously. This Bi-task attribute increases work efficiency and boost the production.
They are specially designed to provide effective operation at low cost & pollution free operating. To ensure the safety of the operation, the hydraulic system is provided with an additional switch which stops the baler if the hydraulic system is not locked properly.
