The THW-PB20/20 also known as plastic bottle bale press machine of Techno Hydraulic Works is the light duty model of THW-PB20/30. This balers are ideal bailing solution for facilities like pet bottle recyclers, pet bottle manufacturing units, scrap centers & other vendors that produce pet bottle waste on small scale.

The baler is enhanced with pressing force capacity of 81,500 lbs (40 Tons ) & this baler is capable of producing dense bales of 220-280 lbs(100-130 Kg) & withholds daily production capacity of 1- 1.5 Tons. This hydraulic bailing press machine saves a lot in pet bottle disposal cost including transportation cost and storage spaces. This baler can strap hundreds of thousand's of bottles to 280 Lbs bales. The baler is featured with rear/back hopper feeding system with an extra sliding plate that moves with the pressing plate. This system allows to feed the hopper even when the machine is pressing the material, After completing the cycle of Pressing, The material feeded in the hopper gets automatically moved to the chamber. Thus saving time of the labour. THW-PB20/20 is very easy to operate. The baler is featured with electric & lever controlled system. All need to done is to press a button & push the lever (no need to hold it continuosly) the machine will start & press the material feeded in the chamber & gets automatically off after achieving its maximum pressing force capacity. This automations helps in reducing labour's time & cost. This means that one or two person operation is entirely possible in this baler.
