The Baler is enhanced with dual cylinder structure to produce extremely compacted/dense bales of Occ, Onp, duplex, Itc & various other types of paper scrap materials. The Dual Cylinder baler is built with high strength and oriented to facilities that handle waste paper scraps on large scale. The baler has high pressing force capacity of 2,20,000 lbs (100 Tons ) & is capable of producing dense bales Of 1100-1300 lbs (500-600 kg) & withholds daily production capacity of 15-20 Tons. The THW-CB80 is a must have piece of bailing equipment for recyclers and traders as they can make dense bales of the scraps to save more on storage, labour & transportation cost. This Baler can strap thousand of cardboards to 1300 lbs Bales. THW-CB10/80 is very easy to operate. All need to done is to press a button & push the lever (no need to hold It continuosly) the machine will start & press the material feeded in the chamber & gets automatically off after achieving its maximum pressing force capacity.
